Application templates, checklists, and requests for EU migrants

Ready-to-use documents that lawyers at Dorosh & Partners use daily: applications, checklists, requests to authorities, contracts, and consents. Each template comes with instructions and an attachment checklist — you don't just get a blank form, you get guidance on how to submit it correctly.

How it works

Ordering in four steps

  1. 1

    Request

You provide your name, email, phone, and preferred messenger. No payment needed at this step.

  2. 2

    Situation review

The manager contacts you to clarify details: country, status, timelines. If the template doesn't fit your situation, we'll say so directly and suggest what you actually need.

  3. 3

    Payment

After confirmation, we send an invoice. The price is fixed — what you see on the document page.

  4. 4

    Delivery

The document arrives by email in the requested formats, along with completion instructions and an attachment checklist.

Why templates from lawyers

A document is half the work

These templates come from real case experience, not copied from official websites. But paper doesn't win cases — people do. You explain your situation to a lawyer in plain language, the lawyer translates it into legal terms, manages timelines, and directs an advocate where court or government representation is needed. The template saves you preparation time — the lawyer is accountable for results.

01

Written from practice

Wording is taken from cases that actually went through authorities, not abstract templates.

02

With instructions, not just a blank form

Each document includes field explanations, an attachment list, and reminders about submission deadlines.

03

Updated when rules change

The last review date is shown on each document page — you can see how current it is.

04

Can upgrade to full representation

If your case proves more complex than the template, the document cost is credited toward legal consultation.

FAQ

Shop FAQ

How and when will I receive my document?
After your request, the manager contacts you via your preferred messenger, clarifies the country and situation, then sends an invoice. The document arrives by email immediately after payment — usually the same business day.
Will the template fit my specific situation?
That's exactly why there's a review step before payment. The manager checks details, and if the template doesn't fit — we tell you directly and offer what does, or recommend consultation. Selling the wrong document doesn't benefit us.
Does a template replace legal advice?
No. A template provides structure and attachment requirements — it saves time but doesn't assess your case. Unusual situations — refusals, missed deadlines, court disputes — need a lawyer to develop strategy and an advocate to represent you in proceedings.
Can I get a refund?
Documents are sent digitally, so refunds don't apply after delivery — that's why we verify the template matches your situation before payment, not after. If you've paid and the document hasn't been sent yet, we refund in full.
