FAQ

Frequently asked questions about business support in the EU

Do I have to travel to register the company?
Usually not: documents are prepared remotely and signing is handled by power of attorney or an electronic signature. If a step requires you in person, we say so before the work starts.
Which is better — a company or self-employment?
It depends on turnover, costs, the number of clients and your hiring plans. We compare the regimes in figures on your own numbers and show at what turnover changing form pays off.
Do you keep the books monthly or as a one-off?
Both: monthly bookkeeping for a fixed fee, or one-off work — a return, a filing, a review of your records. The scope is agreed before we start.
Who is responsible for filing deadlines?
We run the reporting calendar and ask for documents in advance. You see what was filed and when, instead of learning it from a letter from the tax office.
